Plastic Surgery? Iggy Azalea Steps Out Sporting A New Look (Pics)

Iggy Azalea continues to augment her look with the help of a plastic surgeon. The Australian rapper was photographed leaving the Nice Guy in West Hollywood, California on Sunday night, February 14, with decidedly different looking facial features.
This latest look follows a nose job and breast enhancement surgery that Iggy has undergone in the last year or so.

“Four months ago, I got bigger b****! I’d thought about it my entire life,” she told Vogue in March 2015.
