The Game Loses $10 Million Sexual Assault Lawsuit Filed By Priscilla Rainey(VIDEO)

The Game might have just dug himself a huge financial hole.Priscilla Rainey, a former contestant on the reality show "She's Got Game," filed a $10 million lawsuit in Illinois federal court against the rapper last May. She alleges that while filming the VH1 series Game, real name Jayceon Taylor, was drunk and on drugs when he got "out of control."
TMZ reports that Taylor allegedly assaulted Rainey several times by "forcefully reaching his hand inside her dress to rub her bare v@gina and buttocks."
Taylor never bothered to respond to the suit, so the judge in the case handed down a default judgement on Monday, February 1.

The next step for Rainey will be to convince the judge that she she suffered the physical, psychological and emotional damages she claims are a result of the assault and should be awarded the full $10 million.Rainey's attorney, Adam Horowitz, told BOSSIP that his "client was damaged by the sexual assault.

 She’s been in therapy. Now, she’s anxious to tell her story.”The next court date is scheduled for later this month. We'll find out at that time if Taylor and his lawyers are going to attempt to fight the judgement.
