Premier League club, Everton set for £200M takeover by US business men

Premier League club Everton are set for a £200million takeover by two US businessmen John Jay Moores and Charles Noell.
According to reports, Moores and Noell have been in talks with Everton's majority shareholders, chairman Bill Kenwright, Robert Earl and Jon Woods.

Everton shareholders reportedly had several offers from other investors but negotiations with Moores and Noell were successful and takeover announcements could before the end of the moth.

Though Everton have declined to comment about the takeover, Moores and Noell have met manager Roberto Martinez. The potential new owners have a new stadium for Everton in their plan as they aim to make the club a power house in England.
