Disturbing photo of injured sect leader El-Zakzaky leaked

The embattled leader of the Nigerian Shiite Islamic sect, Sheikh Ibrahim Zakzaky, was on Monday 14th of December arrested at his residence where he had been hiding, according to Sahara Reporters.
Sahara Reporters also claims the army shot at his followers, killing scores of them, including a son of the Sheik.

A disturbing photo of the leader has surfaced of his arrest by Nigerian troops, which shows him bleeding. It is also reported that he had injuries consistent with bullet wounds.A source told Sahara Reporters that even though the wounds aren't life threatening, he is being held in a military facility
