2015 African Women Player of the Year, Ngozi Ebere nominated, Oshoala missing

Super Falcons defender Ngozi Ebere has been nominated for the 2015 African Women Player of the Year award.
Ebere alongside Gabrielle Onguéné, Gaelle Enganamouit both of  Cameroon,
N'rehy Tia Ines of  Cote d’Ivoire and Portia Boakye of Ghana were all unveiled at a press conference attended by CAF Executive member Anjorin Moucharafou and Glo representatives on Monday, 14 December 2015 in Abuja, Nigeria.Current holder of the award, Asisat Oshoala was missing from the list.Other categories for the 2015 Glo-CAF Awards were also unveiled.
The winners will be decided by votes from the CAF Football land Media Committees except Legend and Platinum awards, which are not subject to vote while Referee of the Year Award will be decided by the votes of CAF Refereeing Committee.
The winners will be announced at the Glo-CAF Awards Gala scheduled for Thursday, January 7, 2016 in Abuja, Nigeria.
