Body Of High Ranking G-Stone Crip & Bobby Shmurda Affiliate Peter Martinez Washes Ashore Wearing Cement Shoes In Brooklyn (Pic)

A high ranking member of Brooklyn, New York's G Stone Crips has been found dead three weeks after he was reported missing. 28-year old Peter Martinez's body washed ashore Monday, May 1, on Manhattan Beach. His hands were tied behind his back, face covered in duct tape and his feet were encased in 100 pounds of cement.

"They botched the cement shoe job because air got in and he floated to the surface," a law enforcement official said, according to DNAInfo.Martinez had a criminal record that included arrests for reckless endangerment, weapons possession and filling a false instrument. Earlier this year he was shot in the leg.

At the time of his death he reportedly owed someone money.The G Stone or GS9 crew received nationwide news coverage in December 2014, when 13 members, including rappers Rowdy Rebel and Bobby Shmurda, were arrested and charged with conspiracy, reckless endangerment, criminal possession of a weapon, criminally using drug paraphernalia, attempted assault, assault, attempted murder, murder and criminal use of a firearm.

Both Bobby and Rowdy remain incarcerated.

Bobby has filed a lawsuit against the city of New York for false arrest his lawyer, Alex Spiro, told Billboard this week.
