Nigerian Man abducts girl for 4 years, turns her into baby factory

A 41-year-old man who claims to be a native doctor, Lucky Ugbodaga, has been remanded in prison by a Chief Magistrates’ Court sitting in Suleja, Niger State, for allegedly abducting a 19-year-old girl from Calabar, Cross River State, and keeping her as his sex slave for four years, fathering two children with her in the process. The victim, Mandu Akpan, according to the Police prosecutor, Jonathan Garba, was kidnapped by Ugbodaga who was lived in Calabar at that time, when she went to visit her aunt from her base in Akwa Ibom State, and he took her to Niger State wher he has kept her hidden all the years.

Garba further told the court that the suspect told policemen at the “B” Division Police Headquarters in Suleja, during interrogation that he met the victim in Calabar and sought for her friendship but she declined, only for her to fall under a spell after he touched her.
He first moved her to Lagos after she became unconscious and thereafter to Suleja, where they lived until his arrest.
Garba also said the girl accused Ugbodaga of depriving her any means of communication as well as relating with others while she was held hostage. He added that the incident became public when the young woman regained her sense of awareness at a church service, which her neighbour had taken her to and on regaining her senses, she started asking questions about where she was and the owner of the two children that were with her.
The prosecutor said the woman was then taken to another house along with the two children for safety while the police was alerted.
When the charges were read to the accused, he accepted being the father of the two children but denied abducting their mother, saying she followed him out of her volition.
